Biography
Stacie Jean Albano, originally from Long Island New York, came to Savannah in 1990 to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. Graduating with a B.F.A. in both painting and illustration. Starting a family and a career in landscape painting, she decided to remain in Savannah, finding inspiration in the beautiful low country wetlands. Not limiting herself to painting Savannah but, Long Island and the Blue Ridge Mountains are also frequent subject matter as well. Stacie Jean Albano has been in numerous shows in Georgia, Virginia, Washingto DC and eastern Long Island.
